Mr. Williams joined the firm of Thomas, Soileau, Jackson, Baker, and Cole, L.L.P as an associate attorney in 2019. Alex grew up near Alexandria, Louisiana in the small town of Vick, LA. He played baseball and football at Menard High School before landing a baseball scholarship to Louisiana Tech University. Alex then pursued a career in professional baseball after being a 2012 draft pick of the Chicago White Sox. In 2014, Alex attended Louisiana State University for law school, where he was the Vice President of the Sports, Entertainment, Media Law Society and competed on the Baseball Arbitration Team for the Trial Advocacy Program. After law school, Alex accepted a position at the 26th Judicial District Court, clerking for the Honorable Judge Charles Jacobs and the Honorable Judge Lane Pittard. Alex is looking forward to setting his roots in Shreveport and growing with the firm.
